LIVE FROM NEW YORK — IT’S THE SNOOZY D SHOW!!!

✕ Thomas J. Raleigh · September 24, 2026 · 1 min read

From what I watched live on FOX, followed by subsequent news reports yesterday, Snoozy D’s UN speech did not go over well.  Instead, he received very little applause, mostly silence, some snickers, awkward pauses, and walk-outs by the Cuban and Iranian delegations.

Demonstrating the ignorance of a bar-stool drunk, here’s what I heard him babble about on the world stage:

1.     The United States economy is “the envy of the world”, and “stronger than ever”.

2.     Took false credit for ending the war in Gaza.

3.     Suggested “all other nations should abandon the international criminal court system”.  Perhaps in deference to his future self and the fact that Netanyahu would be speaking next.

4.     His usual false claim to have ushered in $21T in foreign investments. This is almost double the White House’s own tally.  These are “pledges”, not actual receipts, by the way.

5.     Alleged to have signed the “largest tax cuts in American history”. Nope, they rank 6th.

6.     Lied that “we have more munitions than we could ever possibly even think of using, and we’re building them at levels that we have never done before.” We already knew the Iran war has done little but drain the U.S. arsenal of munitions.

7.     Credited himself, once again, for settling eight wars.

8.     In Trumpian fashion, he announced the rebranding of AI, changing the name from artificial intelligence to “superintelligence”.  He went on to say that “AI would be changed to SI on all government websites and documents”.

9.     Saving the best for last, he arrogantly rejected the reason behind the U.N.’s founding in 1945 i.e., “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war”. He made it clear that he, and he alone, would decide whether to strike a deal with Tehran’s leaders or “annihilate the Islamic republic.”
